Online Store widget - problems with setting it up

I'm trying to get past the first stage of the Yola eCommerce set up page but it won't acknowledge that I have products in the shop. It's really annoying. Can anyone help?

Hi Dawn,

A few people have highlighted this issue recently. I haven't experienced it so don't have a first hand fix.

The way I would approach this is to first clear my browser cache and reload the page.

Some have reported that the correct content appears after some time and they are unaware of why or what they did specifically to get this showing. There may be a bug with this but it isn't consistent so probably difficult to track. I'm sure it will be fixed at an engineering level and the best way to ensure this is to keep reporting it if it continues.

I think that you will be in front of this shortly and I certainly hope so. I wish as a user I had a wand to fix this.
