Hello,
You can add snippets of HTML and javascript to your site using the HTML Widget, however you cannot edit the backend HTML code.

I'm sorry I don't have better news for you on that.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Thank a lot for the reply!

but I think its really a pity that you can not do something so basic, with yola websites, I was working hard building my website which idea relies a lot in the fact that you can share it in a social networks such as facebook. I upgraded in the hope they would allow me to do this small change to the html code with the facebook meta tags, I am not a website expert at all, but I almost sure this is something super simple.

I am even watching yola website and this forums have a like button which display properly when you like something in here, if I try to do this with my website it does not display properly when someone like it in Facebook which in today's times I think is not acceptable something so simple is not been dealt with in here.

is there a developers suggestion forum or something where I can submit my concern about this?

Thanks a lot!!

Hello efrenirvana,

If the Facebook Like button is not displaying correctly, then this may be indication that there is something wrong with the coding. A number of Yola users have been able to successfully add the Facebook Like button to their sites.

Do you mind sharing with us your URL and the code you are trying to use and we can try to assist further?
