If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
I think what you're doing is really valid and deeply important. The only question I have is, within what proximity are you willing to offer your services in terms of support? Is it your goal to offer support only and nothing more so as to keep it formal? Or are you ok to offer your friendship and beyond? The only reason I ask is because you do have quite a bit of personal information in addition to your photo. People are going to connect with you automatically, not just because of the subject at hand, but also because they've seen your photo and have your contact details, whilst knowing a fair bit about you. If you end up with hundreds of people clicking on your site, you might find the demand of people wanting to get close to you a little overwhelming. Though in saying that, this brings me back to my original question, do you want to set boundaries with your visitors? If not, then I totally wish you all the best. Take care. L.i.G
