I don't know. I've never had that problem. Maybe trying another browser might fix the problem?

Hello FrodoTraveller

I'm sorry to hear that you're seeing this issue. Can you please try Clearing the cache in your browser. Updating your Flash and Java Please also try using a different browser as Kevin suggest. We recommend using Firefox; it's free to download.

You may also want to consider looking at the size of your image files. Web-friendly images should be 100KB or less. If your images are quite large, you may want to consider re-sizing them. Here's more information which I hope will be of help to you: Optimizing your Images.

Please let us know how this goes for you!

The annoying thing is though, I don't have any images on the page I'm saving and it only happens when I click save on this particular page.

Hi FrodoTraveller

That does sound annoying. Would you mind sharing the url of the page with us so we can investigate this for you?

Thank you

I have a page which is my.frodotraveller.com and that is an external site so I put a redirect on to a page called www.frodotraveller.com/members-page so that I can have the members page in my main navigation.

I think we're a bit unclear - is the issue happening on my.frodotraveller.com or frodotraveller.com/members-page?

Hi FrodoTraveller,
I have taken a look at your members page and I don't see that it continues to optimize like with an image, can you possible give us a screen shot of what you are seeing? When you add a redirect script to your page in the Sitebuilder it will redirect in the Sitebuilder as well so you will only retain the page for a short time, possibly that has something to do with the problem you are seeing. If you can tell us or show us a bit more that would be great!

Yes I think the redirect script is the problem but anyway here is what I see:

I tried using Firefox and it didn't redirect to another site within the site builder so it works fine now and I am able to save and publish that page.
Thank you to everyone who helped. YOLA IS THE BEST.

Kind Regards

Ahhhhh! I spoke to soon and now it is redirecting within the site builder even though I deleted the redirect code but this time it won't let me save.

Hi Frodo,
From what I hear, you have removed the re-direct script but it is still redirecting? Is it alright with you if I go in there and have a look and try to delete it?

Hi Sanja/Emmy, when I replied saying that it didn't redirect within the sitebuilder in firefox I put redirect codes inside some pages. This has now stuffed up those pages. Would it be possible if one of you can delete those codes because I can't get to them. That would be great if you could. I completely understand if you can't though.

Kind Regards,
FrodoTraveller

The pages are Home (not index though), Reviews, Special Stories, Parent tips and Blog. They are all on the Frodo Traveller Members site. Thankyou so much!

Hello FrodoTraveller

I'm wondering if there is nothing else on those pages except for your redirect scripts, the easiest thing to do is to simply delete those pages and re-add the pages again.

Here are the instructions on how to delete the page:

1. Go to Site Manager.
2. Look for the name of the page you want to delete.
3. Click on the "Delete" link.
4. A dialog box will open, asking you to confirm that you want to delete the particular page.
5. Click on "OK".

Please remember deleting your page is not reversible! You cannot retrieve your information once your page has been deleted.

Can you please let me know if this is an acceptable option for you?

Yeah Sorry for the trouble, I didn't think of that. There is nothing on those pages but the redirect script so I will delete them now.

Kind Regards
