Option withdrawal

I've just been online intending to pay for Yola Link Removal form my site only to discover it is no longer sold as an a la carte option. I do not yet have the budget available to upgrade to silver and therefore will not. However I note with sense of unfairness that those who have already been allowed to purchase this option can now keep it for life with no renewal fee.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Yola Support regarding the change in our product offerings. We have discontinued selling the Yola Link Removal as an ala carte product and I would like to explain why.

The main reason we removed this single product feature is that very few customers had an interest in purchasing it as such, which made it no longer sustainable for us as a business to offer this product on its own, we have therefore included it in our Yola Silver package. If you upgrade to Yola Silver, it will automatically be removed for all the sites in your account.

Please note that in order to honor our commitment to customers who have already purchased this feature, they will get to keep it forever. In other words, there will be no renewal fee and they will not be forced to upgrade to Yola Silver if this feature has already been purchased.

Whilst I fully understand your reasons, this still does nothing to change my dissatisfaction and frustration. I was willing to pay for this specific feature at the price it has been advertised on the Yola website ever since i first became a Yola user. However I cannot currently Justify the expense of upgrading to Silver.
