Our Website is Still Down after 5 Days and Empty Promises due to changes in DNS

I am not getting resolution through support so hopefully will here as has been going on since a client reported it on Friday and was probably an issue before.

Due to your changes in DNS a website that has been up for 2 years is now down as is on a subdomain.  I reported this on Friday and was given an apology and offered a free month and told my subdomain would be restored and my site would be back up.  I found out that would have never happened as you now no longer allow publishing on your own to a subdomain by the second support response. I still have my website down with is my husband's who is an accountant and this is embarrassing to our business and I still have no resolution.  I have been a customer for years and pay the max as have Gold and ecommerce so I would have expected this to be a priority and not be going on for days.  What is worse is being told it would be back up and then find out it wasnt'.

I then get an email back saying it is up showing me a different site - which tells me emails are not read together as the domain was given and the name of the site within my YOLA.

Hi Karen,

Your website and subdomain is up. I have attached a screenshot of what we see as well. You can also check it against a third party service such as DownForEveryoneOrJustMe.com. If you are still not seeing it up on your end please try clearing your cache so your browser is forced to reload the most current version of your page.

To be sure the DNS updates had propagated fully I had our team members from around the globe test it and I can confirm it can be viewed from Canada to South Africa as well as here in the US. Because we were all testing your website availability we also noticed what a great looking design you have. Would you be interested in being featured on our blog and in our newsletter? Please let me know if so and I'll reach out to you via direct email.

Thank you Laura - I can see it on my browsers as well now as all caches had been cleared for Monday.  When I viewed it this morning it was still down.  I had even tried to view it on multiple machines with multiple browsers:  Firefox, Chrome, New Internet Explorer on Windows 10.....all showed that same error.  I can now see it on all of them.

Thank you very much, my business partner will be very happy as he was driving me nuts.

Thank you for your feedback on the design.  I have done a couple and used different templates and have gotten really great feedback from clients .  The other one is www.asmallbusinessconsultant.ca.    I am actually updating it again and adding a custom footer with all the links to the site as pages increased.   The responsive templates have worked out well and we get rave reviews on the sites.  If I could just have my blog on it - it would be fabulous as the problem with using Tumblr and framing it ...you get dinged by google for multiple content and SEO with me is paramount as we rank well for a lot of keywords in Canada.

I would be more than happy to be featured and tell how we use Yola as we have changed our site many times and is great -- get tired of it - change it in half the time. I know HTML and a little CSS  and plan to take a CSS class as then I know I could even do more. No one even suspects we started with a template as it looks nothing like either template.
