Our DNS partner Neustar UltraDNS is experiencing issues

We are getting reports that people are either having trouble viewing their site and/or accessing their email. We apologize that this is happening.

Our partner is Neustar UltraDNS. We use them to host your domain's DNS when your domain is hosted with Yola. They report that they are experiencing technical issues at this time. They have prioritized this at the highest level and will have this resolved as soon as possible. Once we hear from them that all is well, we will update this thread.

One of my sites is still down. I would appreciate it if one of you could look into it. It has been a couple of days now.

Hi,

Your domain has been suspended in accordance with the new ICANN policies.

You are able to retrieve your domain in just a few minutes. You will receive an email from Yola at the email address on file for your domain. Please follow these steps:


  1. Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email.

  2. It will redirect you to a page to verify your email address.

  3. Check the box to agree to the Terms.

  4. Click "Submit" to validate the change.



Your domain will then be validated at the domain registry and be removed from suspension.

If you do not receive this email from us, then the email address on file may not be current. If that is the case:


  1. Log into your Yola account.

  2. Click on "Domains".

  3. Click on "Advanced Settings" next to the domain name.

  4. Go to "Edit your domain registration info".

  5. Change the email address to one you have access to.

  6. Click "Update details".

  7. You will receive an email from Yola at the new email address. Follow the instructions and click on the link in the email.

  8. It will redirect you to a page to verify your new email address.

  9. Check the box to agree to the Terms.

  10. Click "Submit" to validate the change.
