I recently, inadvertently!, purchased a second domain thinking my first one was up for renewal. Ignorance on my part. I now have two and only want one. Can my purchase be reversed? I want to keep my .com but have no need of .ca

hello Sanja

I originally purchased www.nicolaswainefolio.com and think i renewed last august 2010. I was browsing ealier this month and mistook the alert to purchase the .ca domain as an alert that my subscription was nearing expiration. I purchased the .ca

I realize it is my mistake and lack of knowledge here but now I have two domains by mistake. I am hoping to cancel the .ca and retain my original domain with the .com ending.

Can you correct my error? and reimburse me for the .ca or allocate funds forward?

many thanks

Nicola

Hello Nicola

Thanks for this information. I will let our Payments Department know and someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

You may also want to consider keeping both domains and have one redirect to the other. This can be good for SEO value and allow your visitors to find your site with both domains! It can also prevent others from purchasing a similar name and have your visitors end up on their site instead of yours.
