Page breaks

Hi Team Yola,

In doing testing of my website from a few different computers, I have noticed that my website seems to experience quite a number of page breaks and was wondering if it has anything to do with the CSS custom coding I have on my website?

Hope you can shed some light,

Jase.

Hello Jase

Could you please provide us a little more details? The only website I found in your Yola account is http://www.ecologycare.com.au. Neither on the live site nor in the Yola Sitebuilder I was able to find any broken pages. Which pages do you think are broken, where does it show, in the Sitebuilder or on your live site?

I'm also not sure what exactly you mean by "page breaks". Screenshots could be helpful. If you could explain this a little more, we will be happy to help you further. Thanks.

Hi Stefan,

When I mean 'page breaks' I mean that upon trying to load up the website http://www.ecologycare.com.au on various computers to conduct website testing (and this is after clearing the cache on each computer) I have found that it intermittently has issues loading the complete web page, with sometimes half or only bits of the page are displayed.

It more so happens when I don't regularly republish my website after a while.

Should this actually be happening though?

Thanks.

Hello Jase

No, this should definitely not happen, no matter how often you republish your Yola website. I have tested opening your website on different computers, and I wasn't able to reproduce the problem you are reporting. I couldn't find any problematic HTML code on your site either. It's challenging to find the cause if we can't replicate.

Could you maybe take a screenshot of a page not fully loaded next time it happens? We will be able to investigate this more deeply then. Thanks.

Hi Steven,

ALthough this may seem unrelated, should the below screenshot be occuring?

Hi Jase,

It should not and does not still when I visit your website. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
