If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
Right now it is not possible for visitors to upload files directly to your site. All content on your site needs to be posted by you. I am going to suggest two options for you to consider:
1. You could collect information from your visitors via a contact form and you would receive an email alert when someone filled in your form. You could then post anything they sent to your site. Here is a link to a post that will tell you how to add a form with Wufoo: Adding a form.
Hi, if you use Wufoo, you have to have a paid plan to put an Upload File field on the form. I suggest you use EmailMeForm. It is like Wufoo, just it allows you to have more field on it and an upload field. If there's a problem, just submit a ticket to contact me. (Sorry, I can't put my email on a public form)
