My site in builde won't scroll down past the size of my screen. It has been doing that on my index for a long time and now its on my other pages. I think this template is major flawed ( the paid template with brick background). Help!

Hi Chris,
I'm sorry you are having this trouble and would like to help get this worked out. I have taken a look at the style and it does scroll for me using the scroll bar that is on the Site Builder page, here is a screen shot. Can you tell me what happens for you when you try to use that scroll bar, is it not active for you?

Thanks,
Emmy

Its just corky for me. It didnt doi this when I first started building months ago but as I continued to build it started only to scroll down just about a paragraph worth of medium font text and as I continue to write I can see what im writing because it doesnt update the scroll bar. I have loged in and out several times and refreshed and even deleted countless boxes and re wrote and nothing works.

Lets say I wanted to stack a few text and pic boxes on a page. Well eventually I would not be able to see the botom of one of the boxes in order to add the next one. It doesnt update the scroll bar ever so Im left with the original screen shot. I think thats the best description i can do.

Thanks Chris for providing that information. Can you try a few things for me, then go into the Site Builder again and see if you are still having this problem:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

Please let me know if neither of these suggestions solves your problem and I will further assist.
