Paid, but no site.

I have upgraded to Bronze, but my site is still down. What do I need to do to get the site back up.

Hello Jay,

It may be that your domain has expired. If you weren't aware, domains and the hosting plan (Bronze) are now separate entities and not bundled. Each has to be paid for specifically.

If you have a look in My Yola within the Domains category you should be able to see if your domain has in fact expired. If so a payment will enable it again if it has only recently expired.

If this isn't the reason then you should let Yola know back here again.
