Paid for a domain transfer but the transfer never happened.

I paid for the domain transfer but the authorisation code never came through in time. So Yola cancelled the transaction but kept my payment. I went to transfer the domain again with the authorisation code and they asked me to pay again. So I can't transfer my domain name from another registrar because I will have to pay twice.

I have re-initiated your domain transfer and you will receive the authorization email from our domain registration partner OpenSRS / Tucows again.

If you don't receive it within 24 hours please let us know.
