Struggling to activate Yola Mail

Just setting up my new website for my business.

Paid for Bronze package, domain name and e-mail.

I can't get the e-mail activated... I am following the correct instructions, but get this message: Sorry, we could not add your mailbox at this time. Please try again later.

Been trying for 3 days... also e-mailed Cust Serv as phone support isn't available due to holidays... no response to e-mail either.

Friend who recommended Yola said sometimes there are tech issues, and you sometimes need to try later if something isn't working right... but 3 days to activate e-mail is seriously bad and I'm half thinking Yola is a con, I've paid for e-mail and I want to use e-mail, I also want to add my e-mail address to my website and business cards.

Any advice or just wait till holidays are over and phone Cust Serv?

I've set up the newly purchased domain. Trying to set up the email as info@tributetoamericasfallen.com but unable to because the log in email is different then the email i'm trying to set...
Changed the log in email from tributetoamericasfallen@gmail.com to info@tributetoamericasfallen.com and still unable to do it... it tells me that the log in email does not match...really?.... FRUSTRATING...GRRRRRRR

Mathew, I've been at this for the second day today... Already cost me a few hundred dollars for my IT and still NOT WORKING...
I'm giving it till tomorrow and I'm done with Yola.com...
This is WRONG in so many ways... Support 24/7 is NOT 24/7...

Create a username and password to add a mailbox for tributetoamericasfallen.com.

Can you please reply with your website address so I can confirm that your issues are getting the attention of our engineers? If you have created an email case already, I'm sure it has but I would like to doublecheck to be on the safe side.

My website address is www.cjparke.co.uk (I'm actually helping a friend to set up their website/e-mail and can't really proceed till e-mail is confirmed).

You truly need to sort this, e-mail has been paid for yet service isn't available.
