Paid in Full but site is shutdown for nonpayment.

I recieved a email one day that my site was shut down for nonpayment of my $13.95 fee. That same day I got another one giving me my receipt for a $15.95 payment. Checked my card and yes, the payment was showing completed. Site is still down. Explain that Yola!

Hi Alicia,

Your Yola Bronze subscription and your domain renewal are billed separately. The reason for this, is to allow greater flexibility when managing your domain and Yola subscription. We understand that you may not necessarily want to continue using your domain and so it is not automatically renewed as part of your hosting subscription.

To renew your domain, follow these steps:

Log in to your Yola account.
Click on Domains.
Click on Renew next to the domain you wish to renew. You will be taken to the domain renewal page where you can choose the length of time you would like to renew your domain for, as well as the option to enable or renew domain privacy and Yola Mail.
Follow the steps to make the payment and complete the renewal.

When you renew your domain, you will be opted-in for auto-renewal. Auto-renewal is an easy way to manage your Yola account, and ensure that you never have to worry about manually renewing your domain or losing it if you forget to renew.
