Paid subscription on line - but website is not working....

Hi,

I have been notified via e-mail that my domain www.ElizaJARTroom.co.uk is about to expire. I have renewed in June and only now have realised that my web site is not working. Can you please explain?

Hi Eliza,

Your domain was renewed successfully and is valid through June of 2015. What has expired is your Yola Bronze hosting package which is separate and is required to publish your custom domain to a Yola site. Once you renew your hosting package your website will be available online again. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
