Getting login error message, tried to reset password and get the message unidentified error?

I'm sorry you are having trouble logging in. Can you please doublecheck the email address you are using? Also, if you have more than one account, make sure you are using the email with the right password. Otherwise, please send us an email at support@yola.com and we'll help you access your account.

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem.

Did you check your email for the Password reset message? If not, you may have entered an incorrect email...

If you didn't get anything in your inbox, could you email support@yola.com since you may need to share some details with Yola and this is a public forum meaning anyone can see it. But email is safer and only you and the Yola Support Representative can see it.
