Yola customer support. I purchased the Yola Silver account and one month ago I noticed that the stupid Yola logo appeared at the bottom of each one of my pages. Therefore I have cancelled my account and will never subscribe to nor promote another Yola product again. What a waste of my money!
We agree that what you experienced is terrible and take full responsibility for the error. It is a known issue our engineers are working to fix as part of a larger project to make our overall subscription and renewal process more streamlined, secure and easy to navigate.
