paying twice or workflow problem?

For the first time, after Yola take over, I decided changing format of my site. Trying to save it, system asks me to pay domain once again. Is it a bug or a new billing policy?

Hello Aloysio,
There is not a new billing policy, you should not be prompted to pay for your domain a second time. Can you tell me when you purchased the domain name and exactly what prompted the message to pay again ie what steps you had taken making the change to your site before you saw the message, and I will look into this.

In looking at your account, I am unable to find a duplicate transaction of your purchase. As I do not wish to have your personal information on a public forum, would you please forward your transaction details to support@yola.com and have the subject as "Attention: Payments"?
