I renewed my account, but every time I did it it seemed to fail. I just checked my credit card, and it didn't fail...so I payed 3 times...OOPS. Could you guys reimburse me for 2? thanks

I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you, but I'm afraid that I wasn't able to track your Yola account in our database in order to assist you further. I'd anyway recommend that you send your request from our Contact Support Form for privacy reasons. Please make sure to use the e-mail associated to the Yola account where the payment problem happened. Thanks!
