hello, I recently purchased your shopping cart facility for a period of 1 month. Yola has debited my bank account but I have received no notification from you of this transaction whatsoever. Please will you investigate my query and get back to me. I rate Yola highly and would not like a small issue like this to end up becoming a problem. Many Thanks

Your Yola account that I found in our system using your Get Satisfaction e-mail address is a Free account and there is no Yola Online Store there. I cannot see any payments there, either, and no failed transactions. Have you got another Yola account for which you bought Yola Online Store?

If you bought it within that Yola Free account, please first log into your account and navigate to this page on our website to write us a Support Request. This will be a better support channel to use as we may need details from you that should be kept private. Our payment specialists will then need to investigate if we received any payment from you and sort out the situation.
