i just tried buying my domain on yola and there is a problem with the payment screen. when i try to check out it tells me there is an error. I checked my bank statement online and saw that the payment went through. Can you please fix this. Because i do not want to be charged more than once.

and i really need my website up and running as soon as possible

Hi Azalee,

I suggest that you send an email to support@yola.com with your name and yola account details. There may be a delay in their response as they are down to skeleton staff over the Christmas New year period but they will attend to this at their earliest opportunity.

Hi Azalee,

I have looked up your details and your payment was declined with the following reason: CVV mismatch.

This means that there are authorizations on your card which appear as transactions, but they are not captured payments. You can be assured that Yola will not bill against them.

The authorizations will disappear from your account after a few days to a week, I'm sorry for this inconvenience. If they are not removed, please let me know so that I can look into it further.
