hi , new to yola,i am trying to set up a website via GBBO but when i fill in my payment details (visa debit) it says there is a problem with the form,what the problem is it doesn`t say,a little help would be appreciated,andrew
I have looked up your transactions, and it appears that your bank has declined the transaction. It may because you are using a debit card, and we need to trigger the Address Verification Security (AVS) of your card so that we can validate your address.
Do you have a credit card that you could try instead?
We send an authorization of £1 to the card to trigger it's AVS. If your transaction was declined by your bank, perhaps you could speak with them to see if they will accept the authorization? As soon as the AVS is triggered we void the transaction immediately.
