Payment problem

Hi I am having a problem with my account , I recently payed €32.95 for my partners website to be updated for another year , I did not request for the silver bundle but have been billed from paypal for $99.95 . I have spoken to one of your very helpfull team and they advised me to send the paypal receipt to you so that you can check,
I would like this transfer from my paypal account cancelled or refunded as i don't know how this error happened ,
