Payment problem

am trying to renew my subscription but it keeps telling me payment was declined. I know for a fact that my card is working. I have also added another payment credit card but it gives me the same decline. Could you let me know what the problem is?

Suggest that you send an email to They may need to ask you for some card details and is more private for you if done by email.

I hope you get this sorted out very quickly with Yola people working with you.
