Why did the Yola BRONZE subscription for my website doubled? I did not get an email telling me that the prices had gone up! And the website made an automatic renewal and charged it to my credit card, without my consent! I'm extremely upset with your service and demand some explanations!
The price for Yola Bronze has been USD 49.95 per year for almost one and a half years. We did notify our existing customers both via e-mail and in our company blog. We've updated and improved our products a lot, so we believe that this price is good value for money.
When you renewed your Yola Bronze package last year, you benefitted from a 50% discount. When you add or renew a subscription on Yola manually, you agree to be opted in for auto-renewal on the Payment Screen.
