On my site you are saying that my silver status has expired and that my site has been unpublished but you have taken the money from my paypal account. Please explain!!

Using your Get Satisfaction e-mail address I was only able to find a GBBO Yola Bronze account (GBBO = Get Britisch Business Online programme in which you are participating). I couldn't see any payments that we charged you, either. Are you talking about a different Yola account? Please provide your login e-mail address to this account (no password) or the URL of your published Yola website, so that we can assist you further. Thanks.
