Payments for Website

I'm confused. I've received a second reminder for a payment which I thought I had paid at the beginning of the May. I'm assuming Yola requires two payments - one for the domain name and one for the running of the website. I appear to have two domains one of which I want to keep the other not, the receipt I received for the payment does not tell me which domain it's for. Please could you make your paperwork - receipts clearer i.e. state the name of the domain it's for and whether it's for the domain name or the running of the website?
I am completely new to world of paying for and building a website and to be flummoxed by so many reminders and not enough clarity just adds to my confusion.
And it's NOT HELPFUL to have to post this, why is it not possible to e-mail a helpline?

The e-mail reminder of your domain auto-renewal should include the domain name which is renewed. If it doesn't, can you please forward this e-mail to support@yola.com. Please use the e-mail address asssociated with your paid Yola account, and the e-mail will get through to us.

It's only one of your two domains which is on auto-renewal. This is stillnesswithin.co.uk, and it was renewed on 15 May for another two years.

The other one, druyogawithanne.co.uk, will need to be renewed manually on 1 July 2013. If you want to discontinue this domain, you will just need to ignore the reminders of the manual renewal.

You were right to send us your request via e-mail as we can only change anything about your account or subscriptions through e-mail to verify your account ownership, etc. If your last question means that you got an auto-reply for free users, it is probably because you didn't e-mail us from the e-mail address associated with your Yola account. Please use this e-mail address for us to be able to connect you with your Yola account and assist you further. Thanks.
