Hi, I purchased another domain name the other day and made payments on my credit card but I can't find anywhere on My Yola where details of payments made are shown, or what exactly the payments made covered. Where would this info be held?
I think you should have received a receipt of your payment in an email. Have you checked your email? If it isn't in there, please look in your Spam/Junk Mail folders because emails like that sometimes end up in there.
If you're trying to find your domain name in your account, it is under "Domains" on the side of My Yola.
