Hi, I have added a store to my site and have a few products, I also have paypal, when I click on add to cart in my web browser I am sent to the paypal home page to login straight away rather than continue shopping or go to checkout, when I go back to site and click view basket it then shows the 'your shopping cart' and a link to paypal secure - but without the (any) item(s) I thought I had just added. What am I doing wrong?

I am sorry that this is happening. Could one of you post a link to your site, or email it to support@synthasite.com so that we can check it out.

I can see the problem you are referring to. However, I will need to get some technical assistance to debug this issue. There might be a delay as it is the week end, but we will get back to you as soon as possible.

I apologize for the inconvenience.

I am afraid this one is going to take a few days to fix. Our engineers have been working on it, but I don't have any definite news for you yet on when it will be fixed. So far we have eliminated all possible problems from our side, and it seems that the issue is on PayPal's side. Which means that we need to work with them to solve the problem. We will let you know as soon as we hear back from them.

Thanks for reminding me about this thread. The problem is now fixed. Try updating (republishing) your site. The buttons should work now. If not, please let us know.
