Paypal error message

I placed an Add to Cart pay pal button on my website. In paypal it allows you to customize your button. When I use the customize button to indicate sizes and dimensions of my art, it will allow me to do so, but when I test it with paypal it only takes one size which is my small size. It gives me an error message from paypal, "error with website, please contact seller" I contacted paypal to discuss. They stated to me that once the codes are placed on my site it becomes encrypted and they can not view for any errors. They showed my what they are seeing and they ask if you will remove the encryption so they may see - possible reasons why it would only take the size small and not any other. This has to be done by you. Please view my website under the Framed Art Finishes tab for testing. When you click on a size larger than small you will receive an error.

Hello jwoodperson,

I will have to speak with an engineer as to why this may be happening. I am not sure that we will be able to remove encryption, but I will look into this and someone will post back here when we have more information for you.

Kind Regards,

Hi jwoodperson,

I've searched for an answer for the error you are seeing and one of the problems appears to be using double-quote marks when adding sizes - if you have double-quote marks when creating the button, you must remove them. Any additional characters or spaces that could be added to your settings can also affect the buttons.

Here are some threads that may help:

Can you check that out on your side and let us know if that helps at all?
