paypal payments failure

Below is an email i got from paypal. Im a novice at this, so my interpretation is that the paypal process is not working with my website.

Dear Intelligentz Pcz,

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). Instant Payment Notifications sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://www.intelligentzpcz.co.uk

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Hi intelligentzpcz,

For assistance with these warning messages, you will need to contact the PayPal Help Center. The errors are being relayed from your payment provider (PayPal), and not Yola's payment platform.

The message is from PayPal!.

What they are saying is that there is no dialogue between PayPal and Yola(?) on this and that they have identified the issue as being Yola's(?) side

Yola Online Store uses PayPal's IPN feature to get information about order status changes instantly. As soon as PayPal processes a transaction, Yola Online Store is notified about this.

Yola Online Store sends the necessary value of the "IPN URL" in each request to PayPal. However PayPal requires to enter some value in its backend. So you as a Yola Online Store customer should use the following URL:http://app.ecwid.com/paypalstandard/STOREIDwhere STOREID is your actual Store ID. For example: http://app.ecwid.com/paypalstandard/1003or just http://app.yolastore.com/paypalstandard/STOREID
It looks like you set your IPN URL to http://www.intelligentzpcz.co.uk in the PayPal backend and it causes issues. PayPal checks IPN URLs from time to time, so if URL doesn't answer properly, a warning is sent.

So the solution to disable such warnings is to set the correct URL in the PayPal control panel. Important note: Such warnings do not affect Yola Online Store orders at all.
