Hello Jan

I wasn't able to replicate the error you are reporting. I created a test page named "test" on your website, and left it for your reference and to test, but don't worry, it is not in your navigation on you can easily delete it again yourself.

Please navigate to this URL: http://lovesworld.yolasite.com/test.php.
Can you let me know if you can open the PDF? I was able to do so without any problems, and your PDF was viewed to me.

Hello Jan

Yes, I'm still there. :-) Just to let you know about how this forum works: Unfortunately it's not as quick as a chat, and we offer to reply to posts within 24 hours, usually more quickly.

Right now we are having a system update which means that Yola logins have temporarily been disabled (up 3 hours). We will continue assisting you as soon as we have access to your Yola account again.

Hello Jan

Disabling the logins has been postponed a while, so I was able to check your Yola account again. In your Yola File Manager (Site > File Manager) I can see a PDF document named "LovesWorLD Welcome Edition PDF.pdf". I used this document on the test page I created on your website.

When you navigate to http://lovesworld.yolasite.com/test.php, can you see the PDF icon with your file name next to it, ready to be viewed or downloaded? If not, can you please take a screenshot of what you see on that page and post it here?

If you see it, can you please click on it and let me know what happens?

Thank you for working through this with me.

Hello Jan

Don't worry, you may be new to all of this now, but you will be learning quickly!

To embed an HTML code into your Yola website, you will need to use the HTML Widget. You will find it in the Widget menu under the "Basic" folder. Please drag and drop it onto your page. The HTML editor will open. Copy the code that you got completely and paste it into the HTML editor. Click on "Save" in the bottom right corner. Preview your website by clicking on the Preview button in your Yola Sitebuilder.

If Preview doesn't work, please republish your website by clicking on the "Publish to the Web" button in your Yola Sitebuilder and check out the page on your live site. It should be working on your live site.

Please let me know if you should encounter any problems doing so.
