Hi Aaron,

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this problem with PDFs.

Are you using Internet Explorer as your browser? Unfortunately this is a known problem with clicking-on and downloading some PDFs in Internet Explorer that is beyond our control. The alternative is to add some text next to the file saying something like "If you are unable to open this PDF, right-click on the link and choose Save to download and open this file from your computer".

I hope this information is helpful to you. If you have any further questions, please let me know.

Yes, both myself and other users report thatthe pdf loads to about 99% then freezes. Is there a resolution pending or should we direct users to download them only?

The other option would be to ask your users to view the page or site in Firefox and you could give them a link to download it: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/.... Sorry we don't have a better option at this time.
