If you need support from Yola please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
Hi I have been told that some people have had trouble opening up my website on a work computer as the security levels are too high. Why is this happening and what can I do about it? Many thanks. Tracy of www.runaroundkids.co.uk
Network administrators can define security levels for a computer network. Depending on what exactly they set up, they can ban certain websites to limit people's access to the internet or to save the network from attacks.
I can ensure you that Yola is not a threat at all to any network. However, we have no influence on restrictions that people set up for a network, so people will need to ask their network administrators if they would agree to lower the security level in order to make websites like Yola accessible.
