I also have this on a machine with skype installed on it.
If you view your site on another pc that does not have skype installed, the phone number will display as normal. It's a skype issue I think... nothing to do with yola?
I took the liberty of going into your Sitebuilder and deleting the skype code. I'm not sure if I had added the right phone number - so you will need to double-check that. You will also need to update your site to apply the changes made to your live site.
