Hi Terry,

see step 2 of this tutorial. - http://www.yola.com/tutorials/adding-...

Make sure the file names for the images are nice and simple - english characters only.

I am thinking maybe we are missing something here and of course I could be wrong but....Do you upload your photo to file manager? You have to upload it not drag and drop.If you want to put it in a folder you created once it is in file manager just highlight the image right click and copy....Click on the desired folder to open it right click and paste....Hope this helps....I understand this site builder is new to you but once you get used to it most things are easy....It is just new to you and the amount of information can be overwhelming.

Hello Terry

I'm sorry to hear that this has been a frustrating process. Normally, it is quite easy to add images to your page. Since you're having trouble, we need to investigate as to the cause. Would you mind sharing your site url so that we can take a closer look at what's going on? Also, can you please let me know what browser and version you are using?

Thanks Terry. I really appreciate your patience as we try to figure this out.

Thank you to all who have tried to help, I found the answer . Here it is in 3 steps in case anyone else runs into this:

1. On right side of page choose "IMAGE" in tool box.
2. File manger window opens and choose "BROWSE"
3. Click on a photo [jpg] you want and click on "SELECT" at bottom

This put all my photo's on the pages [unable to go directly from "File Manger"]
