Picnic is not downloading properly. I have been using Picnic for the last hour. It now will not download to a webpage the exact image that it has created. i.e. The text is missing and it is putting a rounded border where there should not be one.

Hi Candeez

Thank you for reporting this. I will go take a look.

Can you tell me if clicking the "refresh" button causes the edited image to display? The answer to this question might help me understand what the bug is.

Greetings
Monique

Great. I am glad you have a solution for now. The problem is that the old version of the image gets "cached" by your browser and this is why the edited one doesn't display until you refresh. We need to try and stop this from happening, but in the meantime if anything doesn't display as it should, remember to try the refresh button. This is one of the challenges of having a web based application and it is something we are working to improve all the time.

Have a good day!

Hello Naomi,

I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. Can you try a few things for me which might help the problem:

1. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

2. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

3. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

4. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer). We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox.

Please let us know if this doesn't help the problem.
