Hello, I just began on Yola today and was happily editing photos for my site....as I was using Picnik (which is awesome) I found there was of coarse quite a bit of tools unavailable to me without a premium package deal. So I went ahead and purchased the premium pkg. but to my dismay I was unable to edit the Photos I downloaded into Yola...an error msg pops up and it wont upload the photo into the editor....It worked fine till I bought the premium pkg... can you fix this.. I need the two of you to interact again.... it was wondeful. Evidentally this problem isnt new.. I read posts on Google and its been happening since April...Please let me know whats going on...Thank you very much for your prompt attention.

Hello ShopGirl

I like working in Picnik too and can understand why you would want to resolve this problem quickly.

We would like to help but, as Picnik is not one of Yola's own tools, we cannot be of much help here. You will need to contact Picnik directly for more help. Here is the link : Picnik Help Center. Alternatively, you can post a question in the Picnik forum.

I hope you are able to resolve this problem.

Good luck!

OOps... its late.. sorry.. your Yola...It was so odd though.. Picnik worked great with Yola until I paid for a premium package account.. then Poof.. it didnt work with it anymore.. so that tells me that something is wrong with that connection.. I really think the two of you have to work it out...
I have read where I'm not the only one thats experiencing this problem ...

Hello,
I do understand what an inconvenience this is when things aren't working well - especially after upgrading to a paid account! I have tested Picnik on my end and everything appears to be working properly. Please do us a favor and check that the Flash and Java on your computer are up to date. Also please clear your browser's cache. If you could try editing your pictures on Picnik using a different computer on a different network, that would be helpful, too. We would love to hear if any of these troubleshooting ideas help!
