I'm loving the new picture gallery tool, but some of my photos are not showing up. My link is http://www.logos-crests-seals.com/ser.... Please tell me how this issue can be resolved. Thanks a million.

Hi Tiffany,

Thanks for your message, what you are experiencing certainly sounds frustrating! Did you edit your picture using Photoshop? The problem could be that the images have a CMYK color mode attached to them - which is not web friendly.  You should be able to set your color mode to RGB-16bit and you will then be able to upload them and view them on your site. An easy way to do this is instead of just selecting "save", choose "save for web" in Photoshop. The image will then be automatically saved in the correct format.

Hey Briana...
Thanks for answering so quickly. Yeah, I used photoshop, but I always use RGB-16bit. I have to double check them. Funny thing is, it shows as an empty slot in Firefox and Explorer, but in AOL, it shows up just fine. So, those two are having trouble reading and I think I will have to upload them individually (Did a batch upload and I can't even see the image in the files...just the image name.) And when I click on them in publish mode, the zoomed image shows the image.
One more question...is there a way to constrict the image sizes? Because they do show up relatively large, which makes them candidates for theft. (I design logos.) Thanks in advance.

Hi Tiffany

Brianna is currently offline, but I hope I'm able to help you.

We've checked the images in your File Manager and it looks like all were uploaded successfully. We've investigated the problem with the Picture Gallery in more detail and republished the site. This has resolved the issue and the gallery is showing in other browsers! (see screen shot below). Please check and let us know if you are not able to see it.

You can reduce the image sizes in Photoshop. Once you have the .jpg file, click File > Save As and the "for web" option. This option makes the file size smaller so that it is faster to load on your webpage.

Hope this helps!
