Picture Gallery Widget

I'm experimenting with the Picture Gallery, for future use on my site. I've uploaded several (16 actually) pictures to include but when I create the gallery, it groups them by default in lines of 5 pictures, which leaves one extra in the last line.
Can I change the gallery to show rows of 4? I guess if I increase the size of the images this would happen, but I'd rather not change them as they're used elsewhere.

Hi Phillip,

The grouping is based on the space the Picture Gallery widget is confined to. Below are two screenshots of the Picture Gallery widget with 6 images inside a column divider widget. You can see that the grouping changes based on the space within the widget area.

Hope that helps!

Thanks Laura.
I expected that it was governed by the width of the widget's allocated space, but the widget has no adjustment for its width on it.
Since the widget can't be added to an HTML widget, I can't use Div to adjust this. Does this mean I can't change its width?
If this is the case then those who wish to change its width will have to resort to tables, which limits the usefulness of the widget.

Wait!
If I change the left- and right-margins to say,130px (or 100px for the first margin style), it adjusts the widths, and this achieves the effect I want - 4 pics per row, which I suspect is what you were trying to tell me!

Yes, margins work as well but I do find the Column Divider Widget to be easier to get my pictures tiled how I want. Glad that worked for you also!

Ahah, now I get you!
I missed seeing that you had placed the gallery in a column divider, sorry.
That makes a world of difference as I can add multiple columns of varying widths to place the gallery at any position and with any width, so I can have text alongside also.
Excuse my dumbness, I ain't so clever as I thunk i was!
