Thanks KombatKitty

Thanks for letting us know it's a jpg format. Would you mind sharing your URL so that we can take a look at the issue? Also, could you please clarify what you meant by adding new folders to your site? Do you mean to your File Manager?

Hi KombatKitty,

Sorry you're having these troubles!

I am unable to replicate or experience the same problem with your site. It seems to work fine for me. Can you tell me what browser and browser version you are using. Here is more information on how to find this information:

You can find the browser version on a PC by clicking on the "Help" from the main menu once the browser is loaded. The wording will be something like "About Internet Explorer".

You can find the browser version on a Mac by clicking on the browser name (ie Firefox, Safari) in the upper left hand corner of the screen and click "About Firefox, Safari etc".

Is there any other info you could pass onto us- for example, what is the average file size of your pictures? Also, as Sanja asked, are you expereincing this problem on the pages of your website or in your site's File Manager?

This will help us look more closely at your problem. Thanks!

Hi KombatKitty101,

I'm not sure if there is a misunderstanding but this is a community, different to having your own Yola site. In a way, these pages don't belong to individuals but the whole community- that's why we have to moderate the comments and posts put on them. This community only deals with Yola support specific issues.

Our community manager has responded to one of your recent posts towards me moderating your comments. You can view it here- http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/how_can_i_make_money_off_my_free_website.

Your co-operation in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Yes, it sure is. If you take a look at my profile picture on each reply I make, like the one above, you will see I am a Yola employee. I specifically work within the support team.

Hello,
I have taken a look at the map you made, what I was hoping was that you could show me what you are seeing in your File Manager as you said the images were showing a black x. I have spoken with a colleague, and we are both looking at this and are not sure yet what the exactly problem is that you are having. Here are the instructions for taking a screen shot on a PC:

To take a screen shot on a PC:

1. Click Alt + Prt Scrn (it doesn't look like anything happened but a picture of the screen was just taken)
2. Click on the Start button in the bottom left hand corner of screen
3. Type in mspaint where it says "Start Search"
4. Open mspaint
5. Click Ctrl + V which will past the screen shot into paint
6. Then Save the screen shot

Hi KombatKitty101,

Are you still experiencing a problem? If so, as Emmy indicated, in order for us to help you further a screenshot would be most helpful. A camera is not necessary, simply follow the instructions Emmy posted above.
