On my gallery page , when viewed on a smart phone or ipad appear very blurry and when clicked on to view a larger image appear as a tiny image.all the images were taken with the same camera and are or should be the same file size. Desktop version works as it should www.carpetcleaningbedfordshire.co.uk

as a lot of my new customers will want to see before and after shots this isn't really helping me plus it doesn't make the site look very professional.

Haven't noticed this before, has there been an update that's causing this?

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for reporting this issue. Currently our images are not optimized for retina displays, but this is an area we are looking to improve. When I click on your thumbnails, the images are good quality. The size of the thumbnail is standard at this time, but I will pass your feedback onto our Product Development team.

If you have any further concerns please let us know.

Thanks!

ok, then it looks like I'm going to have to build another website, what with the problems with the banner not centralising on mobile and tablet devices and now the image problem, I don't have any other choice as my site does not have the professional image it should have. I'm not normally one to complain as running a business myself I know how much hard work is involved but these problems can't be specific to just my site, a suggestion would be to notify people of what is the best templates for mobile optimisation as this would save months of hard work and disappointment.

Hi Andrew,

I see you are using our mobile publishing feature which means you are using the style designed to best display your site in mobile devices. Your images also look very clear without any blurriness on my iPhone. I have attached a screenshot I took from my iPhone.

Is this quite different from what you are seeing?

Hi Laura. Look at the gallery page you will see they are blurry and when you click on any picture on that page it opens up with a tiny picture which when you enlarge is still blurry.

Hello Andrew,

When I look at the gallery images with a desktop PC I notice that some of the images are fairly fuzzy also. This may be the auto-optimisation associated with the gallery. I can't see a difference between the image quality on an iPhone and desktop.
