Hi Dan,

Something is not quite right, obviously! I don't blame you for being frustrated. Could you do me a favor and give us the URL to your website so that we can check into things?

While you're in the Site Builder, click on "Help" in the upper right-hand corner. Then choose "Contact Support" and write us a brief message about the problem you're having. The Support Center gets a lot of important information about your site / browser when the support request comes in... and that usually helps us resolve it much more quickly for you.

Thanks,

~ Adrienne

Hi Dan,
We can't access that url from this environment since it is the one that lets you edit the site. Please send an email to support in the way Adrienne described for you.

Dan, I forgot to ask you in my email from the support centre, if you could attach a copy of the image that you are trying to upload as an attachment to your next email. I'm sorry you will need to email me again as I need some more information from you.

Ruth: Hello, sorry to bother you. I am receiving the following error message when uploading images through the file manager and it appears to be the same as dan's error:

>>Begin Message<<
A request error has occurred : The parameter "siteId", is required, recieved "null".
>>End Message<<

I originally noticed a similar problem on 2008.12.01 when my images would have to be uploaded consecutively if I wanted to use it in more than one instance. I was able to get around it by renaming and reuploading the image every time I needed to use that particular image.

As far as the current error where I can't upload any image at all, I have tried logging out and logging back in. Also, I tried publishing then logging out and back in to no avail. I figured maybe it was something to do with publishing because of the "siteId" problem.

Is this a system wide error or specific to several accounts?

thanks for any assistance you can provide,
-Ryo

We are trying to get to the bottom of this issue. Could you help us by emailing a copy of one of the images you tried to upload when you got this error message to support@synthasite.com?

Hi Mhamel - are you also getting an error when you open the File Manager? Can you try clearing your browser's cache (http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro..., restarting your browser and trying again. Alternatively you can try a different browser like Firefox or Opera.

If you're not getting the error, could you let us know where it's going wrong. If possible, please let us know what size and format your images are (eg. .jpeg, .png etc).
