Picture from Stock turned pink when I resized it in Aviary. How do I go back? I don't want to buy it again.

Hi Dag-Eirik,

I'm sorry to hear this, we will get you sorted out as quickly as possible. Are you referring to this website: http://movit.no/ ? I did not see a pink photo in your file manager. Can you confirm the file name and the website it's associated with?

Hey Laura! Yes it is this site. Under "TRIM FOR ELDRE". In the file manager it's not pink. It's on the webpage.

Hello Dag-Eirik

I'm afraid I can confirm that I see the picture you are reporting on your page. I'm sorry for this error.

As a Yola Silver account holder you have access to a limited amount of stock images for free. Can you please try and see if you can find the same picture again in the stock image database? You will then be able to download it. If it's not available for you for free, please let me know, and I will give you some extra credits to download it again.

Can you please leave the pink image as it is on your page (you could archive this page by "Save Page As" and giving it another name) and leave the edited image in your Yola File Manager? Maybe you could rename it by adding "pink" to the file name? We will then be able to track the picture and investigate why Aviary changed it to pink.

In the meantime I'd suggest to use a different image editing tool, such as the free online tool Pixlr.com.

Hello Dag-Eirik

Managing your pictures in your Yola File Manager is easy. To rename or download or choose other options for your pictures, please follow these steps:
  1. Go to your File Manager (upper menu bar > Site > File Manager).

  2. Click on the picture.

  3. In the top right corner you will see a link saying "1 file selected". Click on it to view options.

  4. To download the picture onto your computer click on "Download as Zip". To rename click on "Rename".

You can also select multiple pictures by holding the shift key. The link in the top right corner will change accordingly.

Please let me know when you have renamed the pink image file, and I will bring this to our specialists' attention to investigate. Thanks.
