Yola will be down for some planned routine maintenance in just under an hour (12:15 PDT)

Maintenance has been delayed. We are now looking to disable logins at 7:30 AM PDT

Logins will be disabled for the duration of the maintenance.

We apologize for the inconvenience but hope to be up again soon.

Hi Guys

Terribly sorry for the false alarm but during release proceedings we discovered a bug and this will not happen until later today. Note that Jeremy edited his post above to inform you of this.

We will repost closer to the time.

Hi AllThingsMac123

Is there anything we can do to make you less annoyed? I am sure you would just like to get back in and use the site builder, and we are of course glad that you are so excited about building your site and we want to let you get one with it as soon as we can.

As Marije has said, we plan these things as carefully as possible, but something has delayed us and we want to make sure everything is working correctly before we restore access. Do you think you could at all make room for the fact that humans, and not machines are working here and the humans are doing their very best?

Also, please note that we post the link to the World Clock so that no one in the world is left out and can easily check the time in their own time zone.

I was just saying... I don't understand why logins need to be disabled while making updates...

Geo Cities down time: NONE
Homestead's down time: 10 minutes per MONTH
Yola's down time: 1 to 10 hours per WEEK

What's the reason Yola needs to disable logins to update? I know people that own websites requiring user logins and they don't disable them while updating.

Donald this is patently false. Yola's uptime is higher than 99%. You are making broad and unfounded allegations, and I am stating hard cold facts which I am able to prove. You need to stop this immediately or end your relationship with Yola once and for all.

Hi all,

Our brilliant engineers are working their magic to make the site builder better, please remember that is our number one goal!

We apologize for the downtime if it is inconvenient for you, but this is necessary to implement the changes and test them. This was scheduled maintenance and we try our utmost to make sure any unscheduled downtime is handled and remedied as quickly as possible. Our engineers and support team work around the clock to ensure optimal up time and fast support.

Again, it shouldn't be much longer and we appreciate your patience!
