please can yola help me this time? its urgent

hi, can i have some help please?
I followed all the instructions Yola provided and set up my domain email address with hotmail - all was going well but now i cant recieve emails nor send them -
hotmail tells me to create a DNS record again, so i paste the MX Server to where yola tells me to, yola says it was successful but nothing changes on hotmails end -
This will be the second time i have asked for help with this because this is my business email address, i need to get my emails.
I have searched for a helpline number but i cant find one - is one available?
