Hi yola team, I cant change my Domain Name Servers. Please change my domain name servers. my domain name is www.edohealthhrp.ca & my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org
I checked your domain, edohealthhrp.ca, and I see that the nameservers have been changed. Can you tell us why you say that you have been unable to change it? Did you receive an error and if so, what is it?
The 480 error you got means that Yola wasn't able to locate the nameserver online. You will need to contact your domain registrar and tell them that you got this 480 error. You usually get 2 or 3 nameservers for backup reasons, so you can try them all to see which one will work for you and check with your other host on the other name servers.
