Hello dmhboy,

I understand what you are concerned about.

is this a domain you purchased through Yola? or is it hosted with another hosting company?

Could you give us your URL and then it's easily handled and checked.

I believe this may be a bug. Yola is aware of this and is working on correcting this bug.

Hi dmhboy,

If you buy a domain name through Yola or use one of our subdomains, your domain will work with or without the "www" prefix, automatically.

If you have bought your domain elsewhere you need to made sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. You need to set up two A-records. One with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www". Both should point to our IP address:

When I look up your domain, I see that you have our IP address setup for the A Record for, but the following IP addresses for 1800 IN A 1800 IN A 1800 IN A 1800 IN A 1800 IN A 1800 IN A

Please note that the "www" is not required and many professional websites no longer use it. So you might just want to drop this from your domain name altogether. See: Be a Pro:

I hope that helps!
