PLEASE HELP! 3 Request for Cancelation and NOTHING!?

I have sent 3 request to cancel my subscription and have not heard a response. as per you "cancelation" policy, https://www.yola.com/tutorials/articl... , I was to send an email to cancellations@yola.com

I get rebilled on the 22nd, I do not want to pay another month. HOW in gods name do I cancel my subscription with YOLA!!

Hello Dora,

I do not know if you sent your email through your registration email address. If not the filters tend to sideline such emails.

I can only suggest you try again using the Contact Customer Support form nominating your registration email address in the email fields.

Hi Dora,

I am sorry you are struggling to cancel your account. You should automatically receive a reply to the email you sent with a link to click that cancels your auto-renewal.

I can do this for you manually but I was unable to find an account for the email address associated with the forum and in your screenshot: doraisaquintero@gmail.com.

Please reply with your website address or account email so I can cancel your auto renewal service. If you don't want to share that information here and you have already done what Gop suggested above, our Payments team will be able to assist you as well.
